Lynsey Blayden has lectured in Administrative and Federal Constitutional Law at UNSW, where she completed a PhD in 2020. Her doctoral thesis explored the role of some of the values within the Australian political system, such as trust in democracy and a belief in the positive role of the administrative state, in shaping the doctrine of judicial review of administrative action. She has previously worked for the New South Wales Parliamentary Library Research Service and the New South Wales Department of Premier and Cabinet.
