David Hume is a Barrister at Six Selborne Wentworth Chambers and a Fellow of the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law. He has appeared in a number of recent High Court cases in constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law and tax law, including Alqudsi v R, Plaintiff M68, Beckett v R, PT Bayan and Tajjour. He has co-authored two books and written numerous articles on Australian public law.
