Dr Costa Avgoustinos is a constitutional law and administrative law academic at the University of Technology, Sydney. He recently completed a doctoral thesis at the University of New South Wales on climate change and its ramifications in Australian constitutional law. While his focus is public law, he has works published in other areas, including ‘democracy in schools’ programs and ‘law and emotion’ jurisprudence.
